Been craving some beans curry and puri. Oh and mango pickle. That was our Tuesday meal growing up. These days vegetable is a side item.

Beef mince with tomato puree. On noodles. With DJ...'s favourite and patented cornflour cheese sauce (milk, butter, cornflour slurry and cheese).

Zero for presentation and photo quality, I know!

But that was by far the best tasting Quesadillas I have ever had. Think I should add something like sour cream as a third dip for the next time. That "Salsa" was heavenly.

When I quoted you I didn't notice the nick. Only after I posted and saw your nick did I realize that "hang on, this might actually be him" (because of your one pot dishes)
