DIY pizza...vegitarian because the chicken was too frozen & looked like a hassle.
So mushroom, paprika, red onions and tons of oregano works like a bomb. I think I'll make a regular thing.

btw anybody got any easy calamari recipes? Like student easy...

Dry the calamari first - bone-dry. Get a pan smoking hot. Chuck in a little butter, chilli, the calamari, season with salt liberally. Chuck in a little crushed garlic and lime/lemon juice 10 seconds before taking it off the heat.

Shouldn't cook for more than a minute as long as you haven't over-crowded the pan - should be a single layer.

Serve. That's the dirt-simple method and easy to play with the flavours...

paprika chicken and pasta with tomato and chilli sauce, feta and cheddar cheese

This is for un-battered calamari, correct?

Won't it still be super raw after 1 minute?

Do forgive my ignorance...i don't have a clue about seafood.

Yes, unbattered, and no, it cooks incredibly quickly. One minute in a hot pan (single layer) is enough to cook calamari rings through. Any more and they begin their very quick descent to flavoured rubber...
