I sorta winged it a bit but the basic method is to put some chicken in a pot. Add soy sauce, sugar and add coke. Cook for about 45 minutes and then remove lid. Liquid will reduce down to a sweet sticky consistency. I added some extra spicing but I don't think it's necessary

Oh ... and plain Greek Yogurt goes very very nicely with so many things it seems .... even Bobotie.

Creamy pasta bake. Kinda like Lasagne in terms of the layers but made with noodles instead of lasagne sheets. Nice easy throw together meal.
