I eventually tripled what you see in the left plate and a huge chuck of feta was also added.

And yes, I do have better looking plates than the one on the left side. I initially intended for that one to be an oven tray rest.

On the left are gherkins, Nando's lemon and herb sauce, and Dijonaisse ... (and Feta)
