Nachos tonight. Have some avo's that are going off so I need something that will use up a few.
 
I was thinking of doing a butter chicken tonight, but it seems I forgot that we're going to Mugg and Bean. So, Mugg and Bean then.

No. Lasagna inspired cottage pie with a cauliflower topping. The topping containing egg and some flour. It was an interesting experiment. Delicious actually. The outside is cake like and soaks up the liquid while the inside remains a thick cauliflower puree. With a smokey beef and tomato mince...
