Got 650g of mince mixed with with some pork fat from the butcher which I made three hamburger patties out of. The buns are toasted, the cheese is sliced, the lettuce is in the deep freeze and the cast iron griddle pan is smoking hot!

Potatoes covered with cheese. The cheese was a wee bit dodgy but the microwave fixed that (possible toxins aside).

Also wtf is it with Spar Mozzarella...seems to go off much faster than anything else.

Always goes bad if not being used in about 3 or 4 days.
