What's for supper?

We had mince and stir fry veggies last night.

I added Nandos Extra hot peri peri sauce and a little bit of honey to mine.
 
The sauce you buy at the shops has so much vinegar :(

I have not noticed it. Maybe I do not use enough at any give time to notice.

I wish that I could have a permanent supply of the fresh chopped chilli that one usually gets with pizza or pasta, but it is a bit of a pain to make and it needs to be consumed within 3-5 days else it loses a bit of its zest imo.
