i had half price sushi at sevruga in waterfront yesterday

I didn't make the broccoli, so I'm not sure.

I followed my usual way of doing roast chicken, which is modelled on the Zuni Chicken recipe.

Foolproof, easy to make (though it needs to be done in advance) and honestly the tastiest recipe for roast chicken I've ever used. No part of the chicken is dry - including the breast, and I usually hate the breast in chicken.

Supper tonight is chicken curry.

But prepped already for supper tomorrow night, have guests coming over.

Appetisers will be venison chorizo, kudu salami and a cheese selection, with spanish tomato bruschetta.

Three racks of ribs, rub has been applied and will be smoked on the Weber. Roast chicken for those heathens that don't eat pork..

Dessert will be waffles and ice-cream (not for me, will probably have some craft beer).
