That doesn't actually look too bad - just a little bit dry - especially that bun in the middle.

I made a mince wellington and caramelized carrots. Unfortunately I got the shape of the wellingtons totally wrong so while the bake and flavour were lovely, the shape was Quasimodean So no pics for you tonight.

We had a birthday party yesterday afternoon and ate so much we didn't need dinner. But I made a Guinness and steak pie for lunch which was outstanding.
