It's tomato salad. From Spain. They ship it over fresh every day.

Lol. Nah, it's a tomato salad that I learned how to make while staying with friends in Madrid. I just think of it as a Spanish dish since I've never seen it made like that anywhere else. Made with tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, oregano/thyme/parsley, S&P.

My mother makes this every other Sunday ... and has for the last 10 years (except for the garlic).

EDIT: **** ... I forgot about my Nando's sauce ...

Do not call that spaghetti bolognese. That is so far removed from spaghetti bolognese it could equally be called roast chicken...

It was enroute to KFC ... but then I realised there would be no leftovers to take to work tomorrow.

so I turned around and went back home ...

Mince in a pan (small quantities at a time) to induce the "Maillard"

it was all you can eat Thursday ( which I didn't even know about)
the six people at the table next to us thought it must be ' all you can waste Thursday' I'm talkin plates of wasted crusts and whole slices if pizza left on the table when they left.
