It's an Indian dish that gets its name from the red colour, typically from red chillies or more commonly chilli powder/masala mix.

More commonly made with lamb rather than with veg.

Denny's Durban Curry cook-in sauce
Sushi rice
 
I wanted to make vichyssoise, but after I spent two hours boiling up some chicken stock and after I washed the first batch of dishes, I thought ... F this, it's too much effort ... and just made myself a peanut butter and syrup sandwich.

I will freeze the stock for some other day.

That sounded so exotic, my mouth watered just by looking at the name of the dish. Then I googled it and see it's potato and leek soup. Is that right?

I made French toast with grated cheese and syrup.
