Going to throw one of those woolies whole chickens that comes prepacked in a oven bag with that nice butter lemon and herb rub in the oven with some roast veggies and just for me (my sister and house mate on a diet) a bowl of potato salad!!!!

I love these whole lemon and herb butter roasting chickens from Woolies. Only thing I will buy there. They always come out so juicy. Please dont judge... but I made one a while ago while my housemate was away for the weekend....and I finished it bymyself in one night

I usually make my own ribs which are awesome, but these were better than I expected. Not good, just not terrible.
