It's difficult to explain just how delicious properly spiced mince, 1 can of tomato puree, garlic and white cheese sauce on pasta really is.

It doesn't matter how the white sauce is made, whether it is my mongrel corn starch recipe or DJ...'s modern gourmet method ... it still is very satisfying.

Grated cheese on top
Maybe some tomato slices at the bottom, just for some vegetable fibre ... you know ... for the abdomen.
