Dietary physics is wierd. I slipped after a week on diet and ate a cinnamon roll on saturday. Next morning I was up 1kg. The cinnamon roll only weighed 350g, I checked.
Oh, and supper was and will be Vegetable soup.

When you store carbs they are combined with water to form glycogen.

The kid hates breakfast at 6.45am but I have to get something down her, so I now blend a milo shake with a banana, an egg and whatever loose fruit lies around plus a mini packet of cereal. She drinks it none the wiser. But for Dinner she'll sometimes request "Breakfast for Supper" and that's usually full on English with pancakes and maple syrup, but recently it's now become Eggs Bendict with Bacon strips instead of ham.
It's so simple to poach eggs and now I've perfected a blender hollandaise (I 'm too lazy to do it with a hand whisk) so thats supper tonight.

Southern Fried Chicken and Potatoes, Butternut (Roasted) and Mixed Veg.

Can anyone suggest any variations for Roast Butternut? I'm still a novice at cooking.

Used my left over crispy bacon with some scrambled egg on toast and a light salad.
