Sounds alright, but I see the recipe calls for garlic.. Most Indians (to my knowledge anyway) pre-grind garlic and ginger together and use that paste for most curries.
I have to say though, that this is awesome with fresh roti or fresh, buttered bread but it may be something of an acquired taste.

Two burgers. I grilled 85 burgers yesterday and 83 burgers today and I ate two. I noticed the patties came from Namibia. nom nom nom.

Last night I made the Barefoot Contessa's tomato soup with parmesan crouton bread. Was totally delicious. Roasting the tomatoes beforehand makes a massive difference.

i saw some englishman roast tomatoes on the food channel for a quick pasta, so we did the same a few years back. also bought those lamb sosatie worsies from woolies, cut them open and made meatballs.
was rather nice.

Cooking for a friend's birthday. Tonight will be sous vide beef short rib with a bordelaise sauce and roasted garlic baby potatoes. Maybe some asparagus.

Sounds delicious..
Made breaded hake, mashed tatties and sauteed vegetables. I made up a very nice glaze for the veggies with balsamic vinegar and sugar. Will definitely be using it again.
