I think I was a Mexican in my previous life. Can't be a coincidence that I love tortillas and salsa so much.

Yeah 6+ years in Texas did it for me as well. Alright I know what I'm making next...
 
Paninis with calamari and rocket leaves and some other greens. Added a bit of Balsamic infused with ginger and tada great Sunday eve meal.
 
Don't know ...

I must first wash the last 3 days' dishes before I can decide.

It will probably be something with very little washing up required ... like a sandwich.
 
Chicken wings been marinading since yesterday in some fish sauce, tamarind, honey, garlic and olive oil. Will do them in the oven.
 
I made a Beef curry last night. Wife reckons it was way too hot. I think it was perfect..... For burning those congested sinuses right open.

My plates?

I've got some really old stuff. Bought some pasta plates recently and some lekker glass tumblers. I wanna buy some fancy plates. The wavy white stuff. or maybe go retro and get some coloured uneven stuff.

Giving away my old stuff. Got too much glassware as well. No space anymore.
