Beef mince.

So descriptive.

Onions, beef mince with 2 grated garlic cloves, tomato purée, with a white cheese sauce (that DJ... would frown upon) on some low GI whole wheat toast.

I can eat this every day!

At around 17:00, after gymming, I had about 7 strawberries and 5 apricots. That was my salad and side dish.

Made pancakes filled with a spicy chicken mayo and pickle filling.

Then for dessert I made Crepes Suzette. Flambé and all.

Roast pork, crispy crackling, gravy, roast potatoes and gem squash...

It always sounds like you just love the food you make.

We had more omelettes. This whole protein switchover thing is quite challenging because maybe 70% of the things I would have made before are off limits now.

i always thought the idea was to love the food you make or you wont eat it :p

With some cooks, I get the sense that all they want to do is show you the pics, or brag about their food making skills. It's just an observation.

That's true...

I'm in the same boat. Last night the potatoes went to guests. It just doesn't feel like a proper roast, but it's worth it...

I love making food and trying new stuff but then I also like combining the end product with my other hobby which is photography.

But in the end it is all about the Om nom nom!!
