Yesterday I had the best salad ever. It was a side dish.
It consisted of Asparagus, diced beet, string beans, some kind of salad leaves, feta, some kind of nut (could have been pistachio) ... and there's one more ingredient missing ... I can't remember. But it was ****ing good.

Those roast veg look the shiz. That post made me really hungry now...maybe gonna head down to eastern food bazaar for some curry and garlic naan breads.

In-laws are over for the weekend and wife told them about the wraps I made during the week.
Needless to say I had to make wraps for the whole family. I added onion rings as a side because wraps would not have filled everybody and if I had to fold one more wrap I might have hurt somebody.
This home-cook is tired now!

Yeah, R12.50 - R15 each.
And they're mostly the Hass ones, not my favourite. Perish easiest in my experience.
