Lol - it started off as a spinach salad: Chopped spinach, feta, red kidney beans, onion. Then I realised I still had nachos so just loaded the salad on top of the nachos and baked for 20 minutes and ate like that. I've bought some avo's so I can make some dip tonight to go along with the nachos, beer and Game of Thrones . Kinda hooked on those three things (the cost of the Brewers & Union beer is killing the fun though, but the stuff is incredible).

Came out nicely. Misjudged the height of the pot but no biggie.
