Asked MrsC and it's a packet of Potbrood mix from Picknpay. Think it's just add water -> bake.

Fry chopped onions add bay leaf and cinnamon stick add hot curry powder wait till onions brown. ...add tomatoes...add little water then add tinfish that's it...

yeah this place i bought mine was i think R55 a kg for lamb...lots of meat on it and we told them to cut it that size
