Actually I hacked up the leg and it ended up in three chunks. I think my attempt at butchering it would have been quite comical to watch.

It's in an electric frying pan ATM.

Are you perhaps referring to the Chargrilled Steak Gatsby? That's really good too.Not spicy, basted so a bit sweeter and lekker saucy.
