What's for supper?

Homemade burgers using Woolworths beef patties,Woolies lettuce, Woolies buns, Woolies tomatoes......etc. grilling the patties on the gas braai.
 
Cheese and tomato toasted zarms, with coffee. I'll choose this over most cooked meals.

I've got a Jetmaster gas braai with cast iron grills. Bought with a bonus when we were having load shedding in 2008. Still use my trusty Weber, nothing beats this for a braai in minutes.

Steak + Cast Iron Gas = best steak!
 
Potjie in the oven. Nice big cast iron pot. Slow heat. Club steak cubed. Carrots, green beans and broccoli for veggies. Red wine, stock, thyme, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Tomato paste, sugar. A bit of brown onion soup at the end to thicken the gravy. Delish!
