What's for supper?

Had Rump on Friday night from Spar at R80 a kilogram which was very good. Inch thick cuts with a nice strip of fat and great fat marbling in the meat.

everything is better than spur :D

its easy ..we use breadcrumbs you buy at pnp by the bakery and that southern coating crumbs

dip mushrooms in egg ...

and dip in breadcrumbs/southern coating mixed

leave in the fridge for around an hour

and fry in hot hot oil until it bubbles and is golden

It's chicken marinated for at least 15-mins with a packet of Brown-Onion Soup (dry, no water added) with a made-up sauce of 1/2 Cup Mayo, 1/2 Cup Chutney and a bit of Jimmy's Sauce and 1-2 cups of water (quantities depend on your preferences). Added potato wedges and garlic to the dish as well. Cooked at 200 Deg for an hour - turning chicken after half-an-hour.
