Trying uncrumbed beef schnitzle (sp) covered with tomato paste, diced onion, bacon and cheese, ovenbaked and served with roast mediterrean vegatables.

Roast Leg of Lamb, Gravy, Potaotes, Veggies, Pasta Bake, Mutton Breyani & Chicken Wings - and there were a few more dishes & desserts that I hadn't peek in at yet.
And I spent 10 minutes in the kitchen today apart from organising cereal for the kids - and a further 15 - meet and greet - peek at food
It's extended family day for us today - everyone's brought stuff over.

They're all outside with drinks etc - and I'm "STUDYING" til' 4PM.

I always wonder why they call it Mediterranean vegetables?

I know it 's just a marketing ploy, but it troubles me The veg are local, not imported. What makes it so "Mediterranean"?
