What's for supper?

Will prob. stop for something like a quick pie or a KFC wrap, then off to the Pub to watch the rugby.
From there on I will have 6 x dbl brandy and Coke + 3 beers for dinner :D
 
Nothing wrong with beer, it is full of protein...or carbs...or something beneficial...I think... ;)

Please. Pizza is my favourite food... but its almost bikini season :o

Ahhh trying to make your liver go for a work out.Now that is healthy :D

Sticky Chicken - OMG nom nom nom!!

Main Ingredients

6 pieces chicken drumsticks and thighs
250 ml apricot jam
1 cup mayonnaise
1 packet brown onion soup
1 pinch salt and milled pepper

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Trim the chicken pieces of all excess fat and place in an oven-proof dish
Mix together the apricot jam, mayonnaise & brown onion soup and pour over chicken pieces
Season with salt & pepper and cook until sauce is bubbly and chicken pieces are cooked
Serve with a large green salad and crusty bread
