What's for supper?

Precooked crumbed chicken schnitzel was not to bad considering more than half the crumbs stayed in the pan :o any tips on how to keep them on the schnitzel??
 
I've always grilled them. Result = tender and crumbs stay on
 
Friday night: Had way too much to drink and ended up at the KFC Drivethrough. Drunk and hungry is a bad combination for me, coz I always end up ordering way too much. So, true to form, on Friday night I ordered a Variety feast just for myself.
Friday night: just ate the chips
Saturday late morning: ate the burger
Saturday evening: ate the chicken pieces
Sunday afternoon: ate the twister

At least yo don't eat it at once... I do. Drink Gives me munchies :o
 
Will be having some "pizza" eggs and toast as I am super lazy today.
And yes it will be for supper :p
 
Kudu boerewors from Grobbies on the braai,
creamed potatoes,
garlic bread,
cheese & tomato toasties on the braai,
spinach
