Had this craving for Spur Quesadillas with salsa. So I decided to make my own.
I will never ever get the Spur version again. Had the best dinner in a very long time. And it is so easy and cheap.

Beef casserole (in the slow cooker) . Proud to say I made it. Brisket, yellow patty pans, broccoli, carrots and some corn on the cob. Yum.

Chicken galantine. Whole chicken was completely deboned, stuffed with spinach, spring onions, lemon zest and emental cheese.

Was delicious, but the white meat was a bit dry.

Damn that salsa looks so disgusting Looks like someone ate a bowl of raw veggie salad and drank a cup of tea and puked the entire content of his stomach into this dish.

I had KFC last night. Those zinger wings are damn hawt!!

Actually I didn't even order the zinger wings. I said at the drive-thru that I wanted the "Streetwise 2 with extra piece" ... but the black lady thought I said "Streetwise 2 with zinger wings".

When I got to the end and saw what I got, I just thought ... "ahh, what the hell, let me try something new".

Was there on Monday for wife's birthday. Damn good food and service! Had the Trinchado for mains (which I could only finish half of) and turkish delight ice-cream for dessert...
