last night was John Dory's: Tuna salad and mozambican peri-peri prawns followed by carrotcake and vanilla icecream

i am lissing for a braai. got some wors from Groenkloof butcher I've been wanting to try. Heard its awesome.
 
barbeque kebabs, greek salad, peri peri potatoe wedges. Home made mohjitos. Thick slice of vanilla cake topped with vanilla bean butter icing and strawberrys. Got to love being a varsity student having supper on your dads card before heading back to the varsity diet of beer and mince.
 
Tonight's supper.

Chicken and tomato curry ... soup ... kinda thing.

Tastes bloody awesome. The chicken falleth off the bone.

I make this thing once a week. Same recipe, same outcome.

Tonight some skinless chicken breasts with steamed veggies as this weekend was a tad heavy on the less healthy options :o
 
thick juicy karoo lamb chops with crispy roast potato's & patty pans + cucumber salad

tomorrow i have some vegan friends around for dinner - and they usually do the cooking, so there is always an interesting surprise

Last night was pizza special evening.

Tonight it's going to be eggs on toast.
 
It turned out not to be eggs on toast.

It turned out to be something a whole lot better. 2 x PnP sosaties and 2 large samoosas.

And the added bonus ... no dishes to wash.
