What's happening with Free2View?

It's gone very quiet on the Free2View free satellite service front. Anybody heard anything recently? And can anyone provide the address of the local agent and startup costs -- I heard there was an outlet in Midrand, Gauteng?

If anyone's actually got the service up and running, can you confirm that the radio channels still include the BBC's brilliant domestic Radio 4? Thankz!
