My good friend needs a something to cart dogs, do garden stuff, and a new girl friend's children.
He needs something that has space, can take pax, their pets and the family's junk. Sand, surf boards, plants and dog hairs.
Double cab and microbus are totally out of the question: New SO refuses to drive them!
It is going to be abused and yes, it is going to work; not just here and there but also a road trip or ten.
In the old days a Combi would be the answer.
Looking at: Verso, Mazda 5, Honda FR-V at sort of 2008 vintage. (Price @ R90,000 -R110,00)
Both adults have decent cars but are now looking for a sort of a respectable/all purpose family van. This will be a third car.
My recommendation is a Honda FR-V.
Is there anything else? ....OR...... is a FR-V not recommended?
