This will help a lot when applying for other jobs. That letter can also serve as proof she was employed at said company and can be used in a CCMA case if so needed. But get that letter today still. Play it in such a way that she wants it to apply for other jobs.
is there anyone we can contact for advise regarding how to go to the CCMA? or do we need a lawyer when we open a case at CCMA?
