Whats the best bundle for R600?

This is what im looking for: (1) 4mbit line (2) international and local (3) month-2-month (4) 1 price - bandwidth + line.
I'm willing to pay a max of R600 per month.
Whats the most bandwidth i will be able to get, and with which isp?
e.g. Cybersmart 3gig cap on 4mb circuit + night rider = R550 for 15gb (although the extra 12gb would only be after hours-which sux)

i just wanna know...am i stupid to question why ppl get 4mbps with a cap? Uncapped is the only way to go with 4mbps ?
