What's the best internet connection?

What is the best internet connection now? I mean reasonable price with quality.
Tel phone line ADSL, or I burst? Or any other suggestions?

I must say Neotel is decent. My friend gets 10 gigs a month & a phone for R600 pm. And it's faster than 384kb ADSL.

Well I don't know. I'm on ADSL myself and it's always been great. Get like 30-40kb's download. He gets up to 100. But then he says it's not reliable, and the torrent speed is shaped to like 30-40kb/s
