Look at international Dollar pricing
Remember you get what you pay for. If local pricing differs quite a lot, but dollar pricing is close to equal, you know the one is more expensive because someone is lining their pockets, not because of a difference in quality

Save the money if you ask me, both cards look the same and neither has a different cooling system, so you are paying for name
