Whats the different between Telkom 1024K and ISP 1024K uncapped?

I'm getting ADSL account and looking for uncapped... and I've order for 1024K ADSL line from Telkom, but, the question is...I'v thinking to take Imagine IPS as my internet service provider... but why the prices are different for 512k and 1024k?? following website is the example http://uncapped.imagine.co.za/dyndns/

Isn't I get the ADSL line (1024K) from Telkom why the ISP puts the speed there??

On an uncapped account, the higher the speed the more data you can download each month. The more data that gets pulled, the greater the costs in providng the service. Hence the more you pay.

This is different to a capped account, where the amount of data is fixed regardless of the speed of your connection.

With an uncapped account, the faster your line, the more data you can download. The ISPs therefore charge you (for data) based on your line speed.
Telkom charges you for line rental.
