I need something that's fast and easy to use.

I've tried Drupal and Postnuke, but both are hard to use.

Do any of you have a link to an easy, free CMS tool to use?

thanks,
tera ;)

joomla? took me a day to figure out, but pretty easy once you get used to it.
Oh and it's the easiest to set up, the only CMS I came across that worked first time when I had to get a site up in a hurry..

Yeah, what Barfly recommended is a good resource.

What you need exactly? Joomla is good. I found that it was a funny shaped learning curve, if that makes any sense. It's easy to get started, then becomes a little more trickier as you try to customise things and its not as obvious as you thought, and then once you get the hang of it, it's pretty good. My experience, anyway.

I need something that's easy, more WYSIWYG type of thing.

I've tried Joomla a couple of months ago and frankly, I didn't like it all ;) I'll check the link Barfly, shotto :p

Edit: Barfly, that site is busted, I wasn't able to login to any of the CMS suites I chose.

Thanks bdt ;) But is it easy for a CMS n00b? .

Joomla!

The RocketThemes are also nice and 1.5 which is in RC stage now will rock the planet!

Well.. I know you said you already tried it.. but seriously drupal is very good.. :D

It has a huge community so getting help is normally not much problem..

It is a little confusing at first I'll admit, but once you understand the basics it works well..

I built an online store for my sister using drupal with no previous experience in web design... apart from the thing in my sig which is a straight out the box drupal install with no customizing.

I guess most plainly, I just don't know how to use a CMS :p lol!!!!!!!!!!

You can see a complete list of Open Source CMS and other apps here: http://www.opensourcecms.com/
Well almost complete.. missing DNN and most of the ASP/ASP.NET open source projects.
Also no Rainbow Portal.

We busy making a detail list with open source demo's setup for all kinds of apps done in php/asp/asp.net, hopefully can get it going soon. Open Source is the way to go. Even this MyADSL is phpBB but there is a new beta release out which seems quite good. Same for Joomla, the new version is excellent although admin side looks same as previous version.
