Whats the object behind Adsl Verificaton ?

1) If a person doesn't verify his adsl, is still works doesn't it?

2) D0 u only get billed once it is verified?

3) When do they start billing you from? The technie never pitched up for the self-install (his share of it at least) neither did he contact me, yet me adsl is working fine. When do I get billed from?

keep phoning them every 5 days to find out where the techie is. Get a ticket number. When he finally arrives, make him sign a note stating time & date and the ticket number. Then refuse to pay for anything before that date.
