What's up with DStv's Website?

I noticed recently that the DStv.com Website is offline quite frequently - as it is at this moment.

When it does come back up, you still cannot do online payments because it gives you a 'security certificate error' on the page where you usually do the transaction.

Anyone knows what is going on there? Are they having a disagreement with M-Web Business about the hosting of the site or something?

As far as the security error on the payment page goes, I happened to find out this was a SAIX-based issue.

You do not get the error when accessing the page via an IS-based account.

I don't understand the logic behind this. Why would a revoked security certificate suddenly be active again when accessing the page via a different network?
