Whats with MTN BILLING

MTN asked if they can e-mail my account each month, but only recieved it the first month and never recieved it the last 2 months now whats going on?
I know of other ppl that never recieved it at all and yet MTN don't post it either. Anybody else with this problem.:mad:
 
Yep same story here. I checked on MTN Active, all details correct yet no bills. I need to submit monthly to claim, so it has become a problem for me.

Perhaps they can use some of the money they took from other members erroneously to pay for postage stamps...
 
I get mine in the post but my itemised billing has been incorrect for the past 2 months - the contract is 3 months old. I have a my choice 75 contract and used up the included airtime within the billing cycle. The first incorrect itemised billing comes to R46.46 and the second comes to R55.40.
 
Dr Data did say he will be away for a couple of days, So I guess he will help once back, hopefiully.
 
lol, now I feel better. I'm not the only one that has bills go awol on them
 
If you want MTN to REALLY screw up you're billing get dual-call! Even after I cancelled it they still can't get it fixed.
 
Dr_Data can I get some feedback on this please I still not getting a bill e-mail nor post and they still charging me itemise billing. PLEASE HELP.
 
Where is my itemise billing that I am paying for, no E-mail nor post. Whats happing to MTN????????????????
