Whats with the silence

Hasnt been any improvement on the Blouberg tower. I would actually say its worse now than before

I'm in Aurora and the connection has been flying

I used to have plenty of problems with Sentech - especially every time the wind blew, or it rained for more than 2 seconds, but since I've moved to Iburst, I've had no problems. Not missing anything about Sentech (except the cheap bandwidth). If I had a microlight, I would fly over sentech and drop my modem on them !

Of course its quiet..... what do you expect with them having almost no clients left?

Any of you victims want a spare modem or two ?

Got two wonderful ? modems, never driven at high speed, slow and gentle like your grandma, no price too low - any offers ? (or shall I just grind them down into powder and spread them on the sandwiches at the next Icasa meeting) ?

I got a USB modem + that little flat aerial thing + PPPoE cable...any offers?
they emailed me to inform that my service will end at the end of November, been waiting since beginning of September for telkom adsl install...I dl too much data to afford iburst/hspda....at least let me get a couple bucks to bide my time till telkom helps me ;-)
