Curious what the max LTE-A speeds possible in SA currently( Fixed or Mobile)

Specify your ISP and paste your speed test (and general location if you wish)

Update: Added a poll - if you own more than 1 package post your Max download result for each, 1 per package.

I'll bite first:

Location Constantia, C.T

ISP: Rain (Fixed)

Was never more than 15Mbps, usually 5-8Mbps DL.

I've just cancelled my Telkom account this week because of oversubscription.
Works fine most of the day then crawls at 5pm... It goes as low as 0.35Mbps.

That is one of the biggest downsides of LTE/A...inconsistent speeds due to over subscription and tower bandwidth.

Rain: 23 / 2 mbps
MTN: 151 / 35 mbps
Durban

Edit: 756342

Rain was actually blasting in Westville, got 63 Down and 21 up. Sadly at home its lower and other places its a standstill 3mbps
