Int no improvement, slight improvement from local pings down from 20 ms

I have alot of CRC errors on my line, I've reported fault. Normally international i get 28mbits my line syncs at 30mbits
 
I should be getting those speeds Luke :(

I've been busy with this upgrade since start of February. Telkom literally doesn't give a fk. They came out to test the line between DP and exchange with ADSL router, meanwhile im on VDSL profile. The lady sat there for like 20min trying to get sync, I tried to explain why it wouldn't work.

Eventually her supervisor told her it wont work. Since then they havent come out to test line as they say they dont have necessary equipment.

Fault has since been closed, now they refusing to come out saying my max is 20vdsl even though i am 600m from exchange total distance including distance to Telkom pole is 725m.
 
I think 20meg is more than enough. Unless you are aiming on streaming UHD one day.
Even though VOX have issues lately and my pings are avg 28ms I still dl 10gig average daily.
If you do more than that you busy downloading the internet lol
 
Its pretty much the attitude that Telkom has.

Hey we've installed infrastructure, the fact that there is issue not allowing you of getting maximum speed out of line is not important because 20mbps is ample.

If they outlay all this money for these MSAN's they push to get maximum value out of them.
