What's your resting heart rate?

Between 50 and 55. It was around 60 before I started doing regular cardio. BP is usually 110/70.

Aren't you afraid it'll just stop?

46 over the last 6 months according to garmin but you should only check your rhr after you have got out of bed and walked a bit.

You have to monitor it for your max heart rate test.

So mine is probably around 50ish

Apparently at rest I am between 95 and 112 XD

Now 60
Today 47 - 75, and I'm too lazy to work out today, so I suppose it is all resting-ish.

According to my AppleWatch, since December 2018 (when I go the watch) it had ranged between 65 and 73 bpm. On the 8th of this month though, I did get 6 notifications of it being over 100, and that's the only day in that time period I have gotten said notification.

62 with snotty nose post-nasal drip sinusitis crap going on. Normally (when able to breath properly) it's around 55.

Sure about that? A Dr once told me to take it before getting out of bed. Googling around seems to indicate 1st thing after waking naturally.

Yeah, I know that my heart rate shoots up in the morning after my alarm has gone off.

I am sitting at around 45 odd at the moment. When I was younger and ran most days, the lowest I got it down to was 36!

I'm not sure but when I had to monitor my rhr for max heart rate I was told to have a pee, make coffee (don't drink it) then get back into bed and wait for me rhr to stabalise within 1-2 beats.

There isnt much difference 3-5 beats but they needed it accurate for the test or so I was told.
