I've just looked at my bill for May and I notice that I've been billed 21c for some data usage I made 3 months prior, despite having never gone over my bundle between then and now.
Now it's 21c so I just write that off as the cost of doing business with MTN, but where do you draw the line between just leaving it, a "principled stand", and them taking the food out of your mouth?
