Whatsapp business help

Suddenly i have this weird "my reply" button on the bottom left. I cannot get it removed or disabled.

Whatsapp support is absolutely useless the Ai support is retarded and cannot help.

Anyone else have this issue?

Using samsung galaxy S26 ultra and whatsapp business.
It is in the way when I want to type a message.

When I click it it gives me the option which is attached.

That is weird. Silly question, but have you tried a) Killing the app and reopening it and seeing what happens? b) Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again and then checking?

Under Business Tools, did you enable the AI agent (or tried it)? Delete the agent if you did/want.

Not enabled from what I can see

I think it is the ai agent I cannot seem to disable or cancel it

I did create an agent and took some searching to delete/remove it.

According to Gemini AI the bottom two options will become selectable when your agent is fully trained.

But you don't have any agents enabled or even created.

I even created it now and canceled it still same problem

I did so. Then canceled it and it hasn't gone away maybe I need to go back to whatsapp non business? But I imagine I'll lose my chats

Are you losing anything besides screen space?

It might be a bug that they fix shortly.

I think I'm going to have to wait. I am a verified user so hopefully they eventually reply to the issue

Have you tried using the account via Whatsapp web?
That may be a stopgap solution for the meantime

Did a fresh install, no backup restored and its the same thing, this function comes back. So sick of Whatsapp. 8 years of stuff is now gone and still have this irritating my reply button and Whatsapp support are worse than useless, relying on Ai
