WhatsApp on Samsung Jet?

Hi guys,
I am actually damn fed up of not being able to chat to my friends anymore on mxit.Everyone has just deserted the place and is now on the elite BBM or WhatsApp.
I can't afford to just upgrade my phone right now and I did actually spend alot on the Jet at the time.

Why did the makers of WhatsApp only make it available for Nokia and Iphone,Android. I see somewhere it is possible to flash or upgrade my jet to a Jetroid version?
Sorry but I just feel frustrated that we are left in the dark when it comes to modern cellphone chat.

Anyone know of any other cellphone chat app that is upcoming that will be the next best thing and not so elite

Short answer is no, you're screwed until you change phones. You can possibly sell your Jet and get a cheaper Nokia somewhere that supports whatsapp? My 5800XM supports it.

The Vodafone V858 is Android and supports WhatsApp. Gonna be your cheapest option. Not sure what the retail price is now but should be under R1000.00 I think

yep the 5800xm supports whatsapp, but a cheaper phone from nokia that supports whatsapp would be ones that us the Symbian OS v9.3, Series 60 rel. 3.2 OS (like nokia c5,
