Guys I have this phone that I want to give to someone, but even when I enter his number to register it still shows my contacts.

Already tried deleting it and reinstalling to no avail

It pulls the contacts from the address book of phone itself. So if your contacts are saved on the phone then it will use them, irrespective of which number you register with.

I think they were having some problems today. I noticed some of my messages are delayed and some take a bit of time to send....checked on the "system status" thingy and it said there they are having some issues. Perhaps this caused yours to bomb out?
