Yes, but then you assume everyone got access to a TV 24/7. A plain site with just the feeds would enable anyone with a cellphone to get the latest results by just hitting refresh with their browsers - wherever they are.

lol The DA is always in the lead first, as their strongholds always count the quickest. Nerve-wracking as the rest of the country catches up.

Seems like my theory / usual occurence isn't happening this year. ANC has double the DA votes at this stage.
