Hi there
Is there anyone who has been caped and has 64k speed?what average speed are you getting with that 64k internationaly and nationaly?
Please reply!

Well On ftp I'm getting over 100 kb/s and I'm capped, So there CAPPING system is either set up wrong or something. I'm shocked I did over 1 gig over night in about 7 hours or so but on average how many MEG/GIG can u download on 64 kb/s

RichardG, you are an abuser! The onus was on YOU to sit and watch that connection, terminating it AS SOON AS you saw that their cap was NOT working and you're still getting high speeds. How dare you abuse their incompetence! Now terminate that connection. - this is how WBS seems to want us to think... :p

Well, I suppose WBS could use a laser pointer on RichardG's eyes to make an example of him - if you abuse your iBurst you will go blind...

Seems my cap isn't working either. but I have sent an e-mail to Shaun and the helpdesk notifying them of this. Will also call them Monday.

They'll be glad to see that iBurst users have learned a lesson :p . Make sure you disconnect your modem till you speak to helpdesk or Shaun about it. Abuse will not be tolerated. :D

Yeah about calling WBS to notify them of their own ineptness, can one still make reverse charge calls through Telkomonopoly...?

I am thinking get Telkomonopoly to call the WBS Switchboad (0118774700) and ask if WBS will accept the call charges...if WBS refuse, well that's their problem - you tried to inform WBS that WBS' system was not working, oh and I do suggest recording the call from the moment you get through to the Telkomonopoly operator - just inform the operator that the call is being recorded for posterity & quality control purposes...
