When did WBS start the 3GB cap???

Just checked the bandwith mon. & i've exceeded my 3GB already...
I have'nt even been logged on for the past 3 day's...
So if the cap started from the 1 April 2005, where has all my bandwith gone???
 
give them a call, if you are sure there is a problem. just stay on the line and hold on, otherwise send them an email.
 
no one else has been useing my comp...
the Q is when this 3GB cap came into effect???
 
it came in effect on the 1st April, but they were ibust, so they reset everyones account and then a "new" 3GB cap started on the 2nd April
 
well i've checked the data that i've dl & it only comes ads up to 1.3 GB?
